Our apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends who prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests The space The apartment is 51m² on the ground floor although you need to get up 7 stairs before accessing it. It consists of one spacious bedroom, a living room with a 50" smart TV, a cozy kitchen with all necessary supplies, a bar and a washing machine, a bathroom with shower, and a narrow balcony overlooking a quiet backyard garden. The bedroom has a double bed (160*200cm) equipped with a brand-new mattress to ensure a pleasant night's sleep. Two more people can sleep on the sofa which can be converted to a comfortable double bed (140*200cm). There is central heating for the winter months and the rooms are ACed all year round.
