Cosy cottage in North Dorset

Looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat in the heart of the Dorset countryside? Look no further than our newly decorated cosy cottage in Iwerne Minster! Our cosy and inviting cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Inside, you'll find a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, TV, games, and magazines to keep you entertained. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a peaceful ambience for a good night's rest. The space The barn is located on the edge of Iwerne Minster, next to the road leading into the village. It is completely private, and you have the whole place to yourself. There are no public transport links, you can walk into the village which will take approximately 10min. If you would like to visit nearby villages you would need to drive. Lounge Comfortable Sofa, tv, board games, and electric fireplace to warm you up when having a cosy night in. Bedroom Lovely cosy and comfortable double bed with an electric blanket, Breakfast and coffee station and a small fridge. Shower room Toilet, sink and shower. The toilet is a saniflow system, and when you flush, it makes a little noise - so don't be alarmed! The shower pressure is not fantastic, and not what you would have at home. But it works fine and is all good for a hot shower. The space is suitable for 2 people only, and only have 1 double bed in the bedroom. Things to note: 1. The barn is located next to one of the roads leading into the village and on weekday mornings the road running past the barn can be busier than usual and you will hear more traffic noise. This is due to refuse / recycling collection on a Monday and school drop-offs for the private school in the village. 2. Parking available for 1 vehicle only 3. The barn does not have central heating but has an electric fireplace once turned on will warm the space up quickly. There's also an electric blanket on the bed which you can use. 4. There are no public transport links, and if you require a taxi during your stay please ensure that you book this in advance. 5. Please remember it is an old building, and it is not perfect. We are also not professional hosts, and doing our best to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Guest access You have access to the ground floor of the cottage has a lounge, bedroom and shower room. There are stairs leading to storage - this area is private and not accessible for guests. Other things to note The cottage is an old building, and a lot of love and care has gone into creating a comfortable and cosy space for your break.
