❤️Our 1937 cabin near Lake Glenville has been completely renovated with no cost spared in furnishings. Everything new! Very private on 50 acre estate with great access to Lake Glenville, Cashiers & Highlands. Level entry, no steps! Gray custom kitchen cabinets and large island with granite, Queen Bedroom w/ luxury linens and 1 Bath. 65” Sony TV mounted in living area. Washer/Dryer included. Two furnished covered porches w/ large screened covered porch in back and outdoor fire pit/Elevation 3900! The space Direct TV, Netflix set up, Wi-Fi and landline are also included. There is Luxury bedding for the Queen bed and nice Frontgate and Sferra towels in the bathroom. Please note there is NO DISHWASHER in the kitchen. The kitchen is very well furnished with new pots and pans, plates, bowls, wine glasses, much more and other items that are nice to have in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, spices, oils, paper plates, foil, napkins, paper towels, coffee pods, sweeteners, half n half and more. You will be pleased with all of the amenities to get started for your stay. 🌟 There is also a full house automated generator! We are 2.8 miles from public Lake Glenville boat ramps, 3 miles to Pines Recreation Area with beach and picnic area overlooking Lake Glenville, 8.3 miles to Cashiers and 14 miles to Highlands. The 1937 Cabin is close enough to enjoy restaurants, shopping, hiking, waterfalls and Lake Glenville but also private and secluded. 🌲 The Cabin Welcome Book has lots of info on waterfalls, hikes and restaurants. Guest access A private, paved driveway with level parking. The 1937 cabin is one level, no stairs. The fire pit area has a stone bench and 2 black Adirondack chairs with a custom firewood structure and plenty of seasoned firewood, kindling and starters. It is so easy to get a fire started. Guests have full use around the cabin. There is a hike on the property that is offered to our two guests staying at the cabin. It is 1/2 mile uphill the whole way with 300 feet on the hike being considered a strenuous hike and the most gorgeous views! Elevation 4300! We have planted 4000 rhododendrons, mostly purple on the property and they are planted all the way to the top. Photos are included showing the top of hike views, with Blue Ridge mountains in one direction and tallest mountain in opposite direction being Yellow Mountain. Yellow Mountain is one of the top hikes in all of Western North Carolina. It is a very strenuous hike that is very close to us with amazing views at the top. Other things to note Maximum of 2 dogs under 20 lbs each or 1 dog under 40 lbs. $95 pet fee. 🐶 2 Adults only, no children. Guest reviews are required to book a reservation and must be positive reviews. Please note there is NO DISHWASHER or garbage disposal. The cabin has a full house generator that does an automatic check and runs for a few minutes once a week and is the only rental on our 50 acre estate.
