It is fully equipped and completely refurbished, with hot/cold air conditioning in the livingroom/bedroom, a bed (135cm), Smart-Tv, and a tidy equipped bathroom with a showertray. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic appliances, such as a microwave, fridge with a freezer container, electric stove, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, other kitchen appliances and full tableware. The loft is very bright and stylishly decorated, it has blackout curtains, so you can enjoy a peaceful sleep, watch your favorite Tv-show from the Smart TV, or hide away from the warmth of the sun. And the best of all, the studio is on the 14th floor, and it has a spacious furnished terrace. There you can enjoy your breakfast in the mornings and admire one of the best views in Fuengirola to the beach and the sea. The loft does not have parking, but it is very well connected to all the services such as supermarkets, restaurants, the train station and bus stops. The nearest airport is Malaga, located 21.9 km away.
