There's a downstairs WC then an open plan kitchen/living and dining area which is our favourite space to hang out. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and the dining table seats up to 10 guests, making it a great space for a family meal or dinner party with friends. There are also comfy sofas, to relax and unwind and a second flat screen TV. Just off this room is a separate study/work space and a utility with washing machine and room to hang coats. The floor to ceiling bi-fold doors lead out to the rear garden which has a seating area around a gas fireplace, a separate BBQ, table tennis table and large HOT TUB. When the doors are open the garden becomes an extension of the house, perfect for Al Fresco dining. Another great feature is the CINEMA room. A great place to watch a movie or sports on the big screen and equipped with games consoles to keep younger guests entertained. The house has five double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large ensuite bathroom with His n Hers basins. There are two further double rooms on this floor and a separate family bathroom. On the top floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a King, one with a double and a third bathroom with a shower. There's room for up to three cars to park on the front drive of the house.
