Our "Las Palmas" villa is the quintessential escape in Bullhead City for whatever you're looking to do! Relax, play, or reconnect with family, our waterfront home with sparkling pool and spa can cater to it all. Park your boat or jet skis on the dock, take a dip in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi, BBQ on the grill or get in a competitive game of pool, you'll never be bored at this little slice of paradise! Our 4 bedroom 3 bath home sleeps 10 in beds with plenty of couch space to spare. The space You'll enter the home into the kitchen and dining area with views of the lower level living room. To the right you'll find the main level bedrooms. Down to the lower level will be the living room with a 70” smart TV, pool table and views and patio door to the outdoor area. Upstairs is the large master suite with attached bathroom, spa tub and large, private patio area with views of pool, spa, river, Laughlin and beyond! See notes about garage. Master: Second level - King bed and convertible futon/sleeper- Sleeps 3 Bedroom 2: mid-level - (2) Twin beds - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 3: mid-level - Queen bed - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 4: mid-level - King bed (attached bath) - Sleeps 2 Living room: lower-level - Pull out sofa - Sleeps 2 POOL HEATING: The pool is available for heating for $150 per day for a three day minimum. Pool heating turns off when the spa is in use. All functions are on a timer, but if you'd like to utilize the spa sooner in the day, we'd be to adjust that. Guest access We actually own the empty lot next door so you're welcome to park additional vehicles on it at your own risk. Garage access isn't available at this time, as we have some personal items in there. Other things to note Our home comes with additional things to note of importance for safety: 1. The Colorado River is a flowing body of water. Swimming or jumping off the dock can lead to getting pulled out to the current. Please keep an extremely close eye on children. 2. You're more than welcome to use the dock to park your boat or ski dock for your jet skis. Word of caution: with the varying water levels and current, leaving it overnight is at your own risk. 3. Please keep an eye on children along the different patios, decks, docks, pool and spa. 4. Please remember the home is directly connected with nature. Please respect the landscaping and natural beauty. Bugs are common at sunrise and sunset so please make sure to keep doors and windows closed. Lastly-- This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.
