Staying at High Falls Lodge feels like you are in the middle of nowhere yet you are minutes away from everything. The drive down our road is adorned with a canopy of trees (changing colors with the seasons). In the area there are national parks, great hiking trails, swimming holes, vintage and antique shopping as well as art. We are a 20 minute drive to Hunter Mountain which offers great skiing in the Winter and HITTS horse show in the Summer. Also, explore the other nearby towns such as Woodstock, Catskill, Kingston and Rhinebeck. Please note that street parking and parking in the yard are not permitted. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the master and second bedroom. ✹ FAMILY & CHILDREN FRIENDLY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a high chair, pack n’ play, and basinet and children's dinnerware available for guests to use. ✹ PETS: We are a pet-friendly property, but please inform us in advance if you’ll be bringing one. We accept up to 2 dogs, provided that they are well-behaved, do not cause any damage such as chewing or scratching, and each weighs 50 lbs or less. For your convenience, we provide blankets specifically tailored for your four-legged companions for use when sitting on furniture or beds.
