Located in Saint-Augustin-sur-Mer (17), a few minutes from the beaches of Saint-Palais and the Golf de Royan, villa no. 2 offers: -4 Bedrooms - Living room with kitchen - 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. Total sleeping accommodations: 8 people. Heated pool (9 m * 4 m) (wintering from late September to Easter). Jacuzzi on the terrace (option at €75). Private enclosed garden, wooded. Rental reserved for families and groups over 30 years old. Non-smoking house - pets not allowed. Other things to note The pool is heated from Easter until the end of September. The heating setpoint is 28 degrees. Clarification for the month of April/depending on the weather: we cannot guarantee that the water will reach 28 degrees if the temperatures are cool at night. Linen is not provided but is available as an option. Please find below the list of possible options: - Linen (bed and towels, bath mat and tea towels): €25/person/stay - Jacuzzi: €75/stay - Baby high chair: €25/week - Baby bed: €25/week - Welcome basket (coffee, tea, milk, 2 bottles of wine, jam, soap etc.): €35 We offer a concierge service to provide you with services such as: private chef, massage, hairdresser, institute care, childcare, organization of your activities, wine tasting and tours etc. (quote on request). Security deposit check (€500) to be provided upon arrival (not cashed and returned within 8 days after your departure) + signature of a rental contract. RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT - the house is not suitable for festive weekends.
