The space The studio is located on the ground floor of the mill with independent access from the house. It includes - A living room with: Equipped kitchenette: 2 induction hotplates, fridge with freezer, combination oven with fan-assisted heating and microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dishwashing liquid and dish towels are available. A double bed with a new Emma memory foam mattress, with a duvet cover, bolster, and pillows - Bathroom with shower. Towels and a hairdryer are available, enclosed toilet. - A private terrace not overlooked by anyone on the banks of the Hyrôme with table, chairs, garden furniture and BBQ. Crib and high chair for baby on request. Books and board games on request Renovation done in May 2026! Guest access Access to the mill is via a path that passes through the vineyards on the slopes of Le Layon and then descends (paved section) to the gate, which remains open. After the gate, you will find the parking lot dedicated to the cottage on your right. Access to the studio is via a driveway that leads down to the house, then a path that runs along and around the mill and down to a private terrace providing access to the accommodation. The key box is located at the entrance to the studio, on this terrace. To unload the car, you can go down to the mill, then go back up and park in the parking lot. Electric car charging is available upon request. Other things to note The rate shown corresponds to a reservation for two people. Children up to two years old stay free. Zephyr, our (too) adorable white cat (no risk for children) tends to feel at home everywhere.
