Welcome to this oasis of well-being in the heart of the mountains. Located in a green setting, this house has been renovated with my own hands and with love. It combines authenticity and modernity. The house is divided into 2 parts: a main part of 95 m2 called the soap maker, my part and an annex of 35 m2 called the houseleek, your part. The accommodation is located 700 meters above sea level in a small hamlet with a river. The space The houseleek consists of a living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a bathroom and a bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners, oven, kettle, Italian coffee maker, toaster, microwave and free space for your belongings. The living room consists of a 2-seater convertible corner sofa (140 x 200 cm). There is also a 4-seater table. You will find the bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom where there is a 160x200 cm bed and shelves. In the basement you will find a washing machine. (Bring your laundry). You will have free access to the garden (900 m2). The garden unites several areas: The area I cultivate. Passionate about plants, I will be happy to share my botanical knowledge. The children's area equipped with a slide, trampoline, swing, foosball, sandbox and darts. The petanque area equipped with a petanque court. The river area where you can cool off. The chicken area where you will find the chicken coop. (Fresh eggs are available depending on the day's laying). The cacathédrale area is a dry toilet where you can relieve yourself. (It's good for compost!). You will also have access to the cellar to store your bikes or other items. For motorcycles, there is an open garage. We have 3 cats that live in the garden and sleep in the basement. . No animals are allowed on the property. TV screen available upon request. No antenna, so no channels. In winter, think about special equipment. The access road is narrow, it is a mountain road. Anticipate crossings, priority to downstream drivers.
