Rent for the entire month and enjoy the cool coastal weather for long weekends all month long without packing and unpacking between trips. The guesthouse is perfectly setup for your coastal adventures. It is located in the very quiet and scenic Lodge Hill neighborhood, a short walk from breathtaking ocean views and neighborhood beach access. There are so many things to do nearby: antiquing in charming downtown Cambria, walk the Moonstone beach boardwalk, go wine tasting at local wineries, visit Hearst Castle, and view the elephant seals. The open living room is warm and inviting with a cozy gas fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, and two chairs, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. Adjacent to the living room, is a convenient kitchenette equipped with all the essentials to effortlessly prepare and enjoy meals. From a mini fridge and microwave to a coffeemaker, electric kettle, hot plate, toaster-oven, crockpot, and a complete set of dishes and utensils. Off of the living room is the comfortable bedroom, featuring a new king-size bed and built-in cabinets, offering ample storage space for your belongings. The attached full bathroom includes an on-demand water heater and a towel warmer bar. This quiet guest house provides the perfect coastal escape, allowing you to relax and unwind. You’ll have the entire detached guest house to yourself. The main house may be occupied during your stay. The driveway and patio are the only shared spaces. I’ll be available through text or call should anything arise during your stay. Lodge Hill neighborhood is located in between two nature preserves. One of which has miles of well maintained walking trails with breathtaking ocean views. Wild turkeys and deer frequently stroll through the streets. The neighborhood also has three public beach access points. Downtown Cambria is a few miles away by car or on foot through the nature preserve if you enjoy walking. There is ample free parking in downtown Cambria. Minimum rental of 30 nights. You do not need to occupy the property for the full time. Increase your stay to 31 nights or more to remove the short term rental taxes. We do not have air conditioning as it is never warm enough to need it at the beach. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Please bring your own beach supplies. We have provided towels and bedding for your use in the guest house. Please do not take towels from the house to the beach.
