Nestled in a valley between the Appenine and Apuan mountains, this 300-year-old farmhouse offers four double bedrooms, a saltwater pool and scenic views over a vineyard and olive grove. The space The renovated farmhouse offers four double bedrooms set over two floors connected by an outdoor staircase. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and dining space. The largest bedroom is located downstairs on the ground floor, along with a second bathroom with washing machine, and a gym. There is WIFI throughout and a smart TV with Netflix. Three of the bedrooms include work spaces. Outside you will find a terrace with outdoor dining space, a balcony, farmhouse garden and saltwater pool with umbrellas and sun loungers. You are also welcome to explore the vineyard, olive grove, fields and forests, which are all part of the farm, or try your hand at cooking in the old outdoor bread/pizza oven! Free private parking is available in the front courtyard. Guest access You will have full command of the farmhouse along with the terrace, balcony, farmhouse garden and pool. You are also welcome to explore the other green spaces on the farm. If we are home, we can be found in the neighbouring converted barn and will share the parking area with you. Other things to note Let us know if you would like to use the ping pong table, croquet set or badminton net! Pets are welcome as long as they are cat friendly.
