Come and share all the comforts of my well equipped home. Countryside walks on the doorstep yet only a short distance from Colne, which has all the amenities you need. Home of The Rhythm & Blues festival . Excellent village pub, friendly neighbours….or stay home and relax in the garden or conservatory, enjoying the countryside views. Just 4 miles from the Pennine Way, accessible by M4 Keighley to Burnley bus service. Short drive to Skipton, gateway to The Yorkshire Dales National Park. The space My house has 2bedrooms and an office/sitting room. The guest bedroom is a light, bright room with south facing window and long ranging countryside views. The office offers a quiet working space and a private place to sit. The shared bathroom is compact with a Mira Shower over the bath. The lounge is light and comfortably furnished with a log burner. The kitchen is modern with high gloss white units. There is a dishwasher, slow cooker, microwave, airfryer, sandwich toaster….and plenty of pots and pans! The dining area comfortably seats 4 - 6 people. The conservatory is not heated, but if the sun is out it warms up quickly and is a pleasant place to sit and excellent for drying laundry! The mature garden is terraced with patio, pond and decking. The steps are quite steep so not accessible to the infirm. Garden chairs and a table are stored in the conservatory. Guest access Guest have access to the guest bedroom, office, bathroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, conservatory and garden. During your stay I am happy to help guests as much as I can before & during their stay. If I’m away I can be contacted by text or by phone. I can usually respond promptly. Other things to note I go away quite a lot so there may be times you would have the sole use of my property. Still only 1 bedroom for two guests available, my bedroom remains private.
