Straight down the hall; two bedrooms each come furnished with a queen bed & memory foam mattresses. Clothing storage consists of closets for hanging items and dressers. Each room has a workspace and vanity area, keeping the traffic in the bathroom light! The third and smallest of the bedrooms has a twin sized daybed, also with memory foam. All of the bedrooms have room darkening curtains and ceiling fans for added comfort. The floorpan of the home is pretty spacious for its quaint nature. You’ll have plenty of seating in the dining room & lounge areas and you won't be lacking for cooking or serving ware, with this fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is a brand new dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, full sized electric range - not to mention a good variety of spices for creating culinary masterpieces! Though the sliding door is a beautiful stamped concrete patio with a charcoal BBQ just waiting for the warmer months. The extra large yard is fully fenced, mostly private, with lots of room to soak up the sun, the squirrels and the sound of the birds. *ask about the hammocks :) Guest access Guests access includes designated driveway parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, backyard, laundry, mailing center and workout space are in the garage!
