Decompress after a day of exploring Charlottesville and relax with family or friends in our 2 separate barn studios. Each boasts their own private entrances and separated bedrooms and bathrooms yet in the same building so you can gather over coffee, wine or a fire pit and enjoy the sunsetting or sun rising. We are a 15 minute drive to Charlottesville center yet are situated in a peaceful country setting. The views are peaceful and beautiful. Wineries are close by and so is Monticello. The space 2 separate studios in the same barn. Ideal for girls weekend getaways or vacationing with friends. Since these 2 studios do NOT connect, not ideal for families with young children. Each studio has its own entrance, private balcony or covered porch, fire pits and both have access to use the pool. Guest access Guests have access to our private pool located up by the main house. We ask that if you want to use the pool after 6:30 p.m. that you send us a message and request to do so (we like to swim laps after work usually around 6:30 or so…after that, no worries!) Liability Waiver: Owners are not responsible for any incident, or accident that may occur while using our pool. You understand that swimming in the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily harm arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You agree to use only plastic cups (provided) when drinking liquid in the pool area. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risk discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the pool. In booking this Airbnb all guests agree to this waiver of liability.
