The space On the top floor of a secure residence, with underground parking for one car (very rare in the area), our duplex apartment, completely renovated, consists of a ground floor: a living room with dining room for 6 people and a sitting area (sofa bed with a real mattress) and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...) overlooking the Saint-Pierre church and the gardens of Marceau high school. The bathroom with its beautiful 120 x 80 shower and all the necessary amenities (towel dryer, hair dryer, straightener...) as well as its toilet will meet your expectations. The floor consists of two adjoining bedrooms. Both overlook a green view, not overlooked. One has a full dressing room and the other a dresser. A baby will be welcome with all the essentials on request (baby bed, highchair...). All linens are provided by our service provider (Pont Neuf laundry): bed linens, bath towels and hand towels. Please let us know in advance the number of beds used (for the sofa bed linen). The cleaning fee corresponds to the linen (bedding, towel...).
