In the heart of Chartres, at the foot of Saint-Pierre Church, its shops and restaurants and only 600 m from Notre-Dame de Chartres (Cathedral), come and discover our fully renovated duplex from which you can do everything on foot. The space On the top floor of a secure residence, with underground parking for a car (very rare in the area), our duplex apartment, totally renovated, consists on the ground floor: a living room with dining room for 6 people and a lounge area (sofa bed with a real mattress) and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishes, oven, induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...) overlooking the church of Saint-Pierre and the gardens of Lycée Marceau. The bathroom with its beautiful 120x80 shower and everything you need (towel dryer, hair dryer, straightener...) as well as its WC will meet your expectations. Upstairs, it consists of two bedrooms in a row. Both overlooking a green view not overlooked. One has a full dressing room and the other has a dresser. A baby will be welcome with all the necessities on request (crib, high chair...). All linens are provided by our service provider (Pont Neuf laundry): bed linen, bath and towels. Please notify us in advance of the number of beds used (for the sofa bed linen). The cleaning fee corresponds to the linens (bedding, towels, etc.).
