This is the best lot on the entire lake with unobstructed lake views from the master bedroom, kitchen & dining room. These are private views of the lake and the home is not shared with any other guests. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king bed 2 bedrooms with queen beds 1 bedroom with two twin beds There is also an oversized couch in the living room that can be converted into a large bed by sliding over the ottoman. It can fit 1-2 people comfortably. NOTE: the couch can be configured into a bed but it is not a traditional "sleeper sofa", but instead a couch that can be rearranged into a larger sleeping surface. I use this home myself to work from home quite often and it's been built to be very tech-friendly (fast wifi, plenty of coffee, and great inspiring views of the lake). This is a very quiet neighborhood where neighbors keep to themselves and are respectful of each other's space. You will have a lot of privacy here, we just ask that you be respectful of neighbors and avoid making loud noise on the lake after 8pm as sound carries and we want to be respectful of the community. Accessibility: This is a two-story house but all rooms (except for two of the bedrooms) are on the ground floor and do not require stairs inside the house. The second story has the twin bed room and one of the queen bed rooms. Note the stairs to get to the second story are steep. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor so most guests with accessibility concerns will want to stay on the ground floor where they can access both bathrooms and all of the common areas. There are a few small steps (shown in the exterior photos) required to get to the front door from the street, however once in the home guests with mobility concerns should be able to access all rooms except for the smaller two upstiars bedrooms without an issue. Note that this lake has 3 town beaches so the town regularly tests the water for algae and bacteria throughout the summer to ensure it is safe. Boating is always fine, but it is not recommended to swim in the lake when the town beaches are closed (which does happen from time to time, particularly after large rainstorms in July or August). If you are bringing a dog be careful to check the town website for the algae levels before letting your dog swim in the lake to make sure the algae is at a safe level as it can be harmful for pets.
