The space - 6 Bedrooms - 10 seater Dining space on ground level - 2 Living area (One on ground level & one on first floor) - Ground level : 3 AC Bedrooms - First floor: 3 AC Bedrooms  - The TV unit and, lounge area are on the first floor - We have a projector screen to enjoy movies, sports, display for meetings, etc., on the first floor - Open patio with seating is on the first floor - The kitchen is accessible to our staff only. This property can host up to 30 guests, as we have additional mattresses. Guest access Apart from the Villa, The Guests will have access to the swimming pool, parking area, outdoor garden space. Other things to note **We have our professional chef who'll make some lip-smacking finger food and delicious meals for you. Come here, relax, leave the rest to us. enjoy! (Outside food is not allowed at the property.) **We provide home-made meals in a set menu, Pure Veg inclusive of Lunch, Hi-Tea, Dinner and the next day breakfast. 🍲🥘 -- The charges per Adult are INR 1,800 -- The charges per Kid are INR 1200 -- Barbecue is also available (pure veg - paneer, veggies) -- To be paid separately. **The mentioned rates are for 12 guests. Additional guests over and above 12 guests will be charged at INR 2000 per person on Airbnb when you increase the guest count. We can accommodate even larger groups (30 guests, for which you can pay us separately. **We have a 6-seater Jacuzzi on site. which can be used by guests for a nominal charge of INR 2,500. House Rules: Check-in: 1 PM Check-out: 11 AM The security deposit of 15000 and meal payments will be collected ONLINE only. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Illegal activities, including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID proof that shows their address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free.
