Welcome to our apartment in PERCHEL PLAZA in Malaga Capital. Her location is second to none. It is a two minute walk from AVE station (MARÍA-ZAMBRANO) and a stone's throw from the Metro stop "El Perchel", where line 1 and 2 converge. The space The accommodation consists of a cozy living room where you have a 40'' Android TV and exclusive 10GB Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. It also has two generous double bedrooms with double beds, both with closets and large windows. (We do not have single beds). Two spacious bathrooms equipped in detail. The house has central air conditioning, which will guarantee the guest's rest and well-being. You can leave your car in the private parking lot and enjoy walking around Malaga. Guest access You will also find common areas in the Plaza building. The rooftop is especially interesting, where you can hang your towels after a day at the beach. We have a private parking space in the same building (free service). Other things to note Other amenities/facilities that are free for our guests: complete sets of bed linens with additional blankets and pillows, bath towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. For our guests with a baby, we are happy to provide a travel crib and high chair for free.
