Near Marsala, Segesta, Scopello, San Vito, Erice Vetta. Newly renovated and finely furnished, it consists of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, 2 large terraces, an equipped kitchen, a large dining room and living area, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and additional services. The space Bedrooms as composites allow guests to have their own privacy because they have their own bathroom. Large living area with sofa and smart TV. Very spacious dining area and two liveable verandas, one of which is very large with a view of the Egadi islands and mountains, from which you can admire beautiful sunsets. The pebble and rocky beach is right below the house . Guest access I will do my best to be present at check-in and welcome my guests with a smile! In the meantime, I provide them with directions and advice on the area, any additional services they may require, restaurants, places to visit or anything else. Alternatively, I will take the time to communicate the relevant instructions for access to the house. I am always available for any need. Other things to note Since public transportation services in the area are infrequent, it is recommended to reach the property by car, also useful for visiting the wonderful neighboring places. The tourist tax for the municipality of Erice is €1.00 per person per night up to 5 days. After the fifth night it is not required. Children under the age of 10 are exempt.
