Other things to note PARKING Our corner property with 1 car driveway in rear is first come first served for two units. We ask all guest to street park when feasible to accommodate any late arrivals. We cannot allow two vehicles to park in the driveway, in addition, please do not park in the grass. Pulling up on the sidewalk to unload is acceptable but don't leave the vehicle there longer than an hour or it will be ticketed. **Michell street is free parking. **Martin street 1 block off “towards” Ridge Ave, is now 2-hour parking or permit only (Signs are posted). **Martin towards Pechin street and beyond is free parking. After 6PM parking begins to get more difficult, we recommend driving up one block to Lyceum ave, it's a wide two way road that usually has openings. **Please be cognizant of parking regulation, closer to Ridge ave, will require paid meter parking. Payment for those can be done at a pay-by-plate kiosks or through the widely popular mobile payment app, meterUP. Officers scan license plates to verify if a vehicle fed the meter. If a vehicle is verified as paid, no ticket will be issued. TIP: When making meter payments, ensure you correctly enter the license plate number and select the correct parking zone.
