The space THE GARDEN ROOM is a private accommodation with private outside patio and courtyard garden area with many comfortable seating areas and a bike rack stand for 2 bicycles. Entering into THE GARDEN ROOM through the bifold doors you'll be welcomed by a large area with king size bed, leading into the kitchenette area, dining/cosy living area and access to the changing area and shower room. Guest access Come through THE GARDEN ROOM gate and you are now within your PRIVATE Courtyard garden area which leads you to THE GARDEN ROOM bifold door entrance. Private Parking available. Can also accommodate a motorhome/campervan (elec. hook up & water available) motorbikes &bicycles. Other things to note Pickworth village is quiet and tranquil. A leisurely walk/cycle in the village is a must. Walk up the road behind THE GARDEN ROOM to Grange Farm and view the equestrian horses grazing in the fields. Walk further into the village and view/visit the church and the monument to the Battle of Losecote Fields. Walk across many designated bridleways/footpaths. Geocaching (download the app), treasure hunting is a popular activity in this area (as across the world!) The historic town Stamford is a 10 minute drive away offering amazing stunning limestone buildings and offering many places to visit, eat, drink and shop. Burghley House and Rutland Water are also a short drive away, a must when visiting this area. Oakham the historic and council town for Rutland is close by and offers many places to visit, eat/drink and shop. This area really has no end of places, events and sightseeing opportunities all year round to enjoy.
