Marais Poitevin House La Garette

Our house with direct access to the river is located in the pretty little village of La Garette in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. It is 5 min from the village of Coulon, 15 min from Niort, 45 min from La Rochelle and 1 hr from Île de Ré. It can accommodate 14 people and is ideal for vacations for families or groups of friends. We have an indoor heated pool* with a Jacuzzi in the garden. A small neighboring house with 4 extra beds is included in our accommodation. The space The pool is heated to 28° from April 1 to September 30. The rest of the year it is therefore not heated. Other things to note Noisy events are not allowed. We offer quality linen sheets that are very pleasant. Sheets: Paid option by external company: - Sheets: 20 euro/bed - Towels (set of 2): 5 euro/person °The cleaning fee is 180 euro (less than 3 nights) for short stays and 200 euro for long stays (3 nights or more). If the Plancha is used, a cleaning kit is available. Your garbage cans will need to be disposed of by you. If you take the sheets, you will need to remove them.
