Marais Poitevin House La Garette

Our house with direct access to the river is located in the pretty little village of La Garette in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. It is 5 min from the village of Coulon, 15 min from Niort, 45 min from La Rochelle and 1 hr from Ile de Ré. It can accommodate 14 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends. We have a heated indoor pool* (*from May 1 to September 30) with an uncovered Jacuzzi in the garden. The space The pool is heated to 28° from May 1st to September 30th. The rest of the year is therefore not heated. Our 14 beds are divided into 2 houses, the main one with 5 bedrooms and a small neighboring house with 2 bedrooms. Noisy events are not allowed. We offer quality linen sheets that are very pleasant. Sheets: Paid option by external company: - Sheets: 20th/ bed -Towels (set of 2): 5th/person °The cleaning fee is 180 euros (less than 3 nights) for short stays and 200 euros for long stays (3 nights or more). If the Plancha is used, a cleaning kit is available. Your garbage will need to be discarded by you. If you take the sheets, they will need to be removed by you. The house can be vacated a little later out of season (September to June) only if the house is not rented the following day or the next day.
