This open concept home on the bay boasts 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. Family and friends will enjoy the outdoor space as well as what this home has to offer inside. The living area is a great place to hang out, cook up a memorable meal in the large kitchen, or play a board game at the dining table. Relax outside on the deck and watch the wildlife while sipping a favorite beverage. Stormy nights are welcome here where you can cozy up to a toasty fire and watch your favorite movie. Three bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, all with bay views, will lull you to sleep with the sound of the sea and the salty breeze. Each bedroom has a queen bed, one with a connecting room that includes a twin bed. Downstairs is another bedroom tucked away for additional privacy. It boasts a comfy king bed that can be made into two twin beds. A bath across the hall along with a kitchenette give this space a feeling of its own apartment. The hot tub will become your favorite destination after your daily adventures. Soak in the warm bubbles and be amazed at the starry night. Just a short walk down the street to Keady Wayside, you will have easy access to the bay. Wildlife viewing of harbor seals, migratory and non-migratory birds, and other sea life can be found on the bay. Put a kayak in the bay and follow a 10 mile route along the Alsea River, Drift Creek and Lint Slough where you might be joined by seals, river otters and lots of birds! Salty Siren is located in the small town of Waldport, where the forest meets the sea, you can walk to everything! Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation. Sleeps up to 9 - 4 Bedrooms, 1 King (can be split into two twins with prior notice), 3 Queens, 1 Twin; 2.5 baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced) Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum *Each home is individually owned. Guest access After 5pm, you’ll be able to enter the home from the electronic keypad using your personal code. The electronic lock is located on the front door.
