The house and grounds are totally private and offer the perfect rural retreat for the family or a group of friends. The space The house comes with four double bedrooms a single bedroom and three bathrooms. Downstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen complete with an AGA, granite worktops, and an integrated oven and hob. Flowing from the kitchen is a very comfortable sitting area to relax in. Beyond is a separate sitting room. Outside, there is a fabulous terrace with its own fountain and tables and chairs ideal for al fresco dining. Guest access As our guests, you will have exclusive use of the house and grounds. Other things to note During your stay, you are very welcome to walk through the nearby woodland and to the lake - the lake is used by the local community from time to time and is not suitable as a venue for music or parties. Please respect the peace of and tranquility of the environment and pick up any litter etc.
