Directly adjacent to the entrance there is a very practical wardrobe room with room for all ski clothes, mittens, helmets and boots or as a wardrobe during spring, summer and autumn weeks. Parking: Free parking right next to the house with room for several cars/scooters and trailers. The road up to the house is plowed during the winter season. Cleaning: Tenants clean up after themselves, unapproved cleaning will be charged. Departure cleaning can also be purchased for an extra SEK 1,350. Sauna: Unfortunately, there is no sauna available in the house, but it can be rented (incl. shower facilities) at Grönfjälls holiday village, about a 6-minute walk from the house. Distance: Snowmobile trail - about 80 meters away from the house. Grocery store - about 10 minutes by car from the cabin. Coop Kittelfjäll. Kiosk - about 6 minutes walk from the cottage. Guest access Guests have access to kitchen, 1 bathroom, bedroom/bed loft, living room incl. office area and laundry room in the basement. Other spaces such as garage, carport and guest house are locked where the owner keeps his private belongings. There is also a locked space in one part of the house that is not rented out. Other things to note - Bed linens and towels are brought by the guests themselves. It is not allowed to use the beds without bedding. - Firing in the stove must be done with caution, read special instructions before the visit and let me know if you are still unsure how to fire. Firewood is included and must also be replenished indoors by the guests before departure. It is not allowed to use wood from the woodshed to fire in the mountains, for this purpose there is wood to buy at Grönfjälls holiday village. - Smoking indoors is prohibited - Parties/major events are prohibited - Fiber 50 mbit/sec is offered via Wi-Fi - TV with antenna; available channels are SVT1, SVT2, SVT24, Kunskapskanalen and SVT Barn.
