Before you settle in and make yourself comfortable, I would like to let you know the house rules. Understanding and respecting it will allow everyone to have a comfortable and pleasant stay! Carefully reading the house rules ensures that you will not have any unpleasant compensation requests after your departure, via the booking site: • Treat this house with the same respect as your own. PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED • The accommodation is non-smoking, compensation of €500 for cleaning the smell of fabrics in case of non-compliance. Pets are allowed in the accommodation (with a fee of €50) but are not allowed in the bedrooms and on the sofa. Please pick up any waste left by animals in the garden A compensation of €500 will be requested for the cleaning of the mattresses and the sofa, in case of non-compliance. • In case of accidental damage, it can happen. You'll need to let us know immediately. • I hope you have a great time during your stay! However, I would be grateful if you did not organize parties, invite people unknown to the reservation, and be mindful of noise out of respect for the neighbors. • On the day of your checkout, housekeeping and linen cleaning is included in your reservation.
