Description
Spacious home near downtown with bright and beautiful sunroom! Boat/Trailer parking available. Walk, bike, or rent a golf cart to visit all of the local attractions. Wifi/Dish TV included. Maximum of 1 dog (under 20#) with pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 1 pet max. Evidence of pets in unit without paying pet fee will result in a $500 charge. Pet must be crated if you leave the house and up-to-date on shots/flea protection. No pets on bed/furniture. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors. Guest access You have the entire home to yourself! A keypad is available for entry into the home. A code will be provided prior to check-in.
