Maria's Oasis

This stylish room is excellent for one or two people visiting Toronto for business or for pleasure. This suite does NOT come with parking. Whoever you are, you'll appreciate Maria's Oasis as it is a spacious and stylish room that will accommodate all your needs. You will have your own private entrance, private bath and enjoy your own private patio which overlooks our back yard. Please note that there are no shared spaces to the rest of the home apart from our backyard. The space Maria's Oasis is a room in our home that overlooks our backyard. It is equipped with a queen size bed, a seating area with two chairs, and a dining table which can also be used to work on a laptop, a TV, a three-piece washroom, a nice-sized wardrobe, a kitchenette equipped with a sink, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dinnerware. There are no cooking appliances in your room. You also have private access to the patio with a table, umbrella, and chairs which overlooks our garden where you can work on your laptop, eat and drink or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Your private entrance is from this patio which is for your exclusive use but you may see us in the backyard from time to time. The backyard is shared space. Guest access To access your space you will need to go along our driveway to the back yard. You will go through a gate and then up some stairs to the patio. The entrance to the room is from the patio. The patio and Maria's Oasis is for your personal use. During your stay My family and I live in the home as well, so whatever you need, you will be able to get a hold of us at all times. Other things to note If you are arriving by car you will need to get a city parking permit. You can do an internet search for Temporary on street permit parking in Toronto and the fees are: $41.16 per week, $18.99 per 24 hours, or $27.45 per 48 hours, plus H.S.T. You will need to print out the permit so you may send it to my email to print out for you. I will leave the printed permit in your room. Please contact me for details before applying for the permit.
