This studio is the perfect place to recharge and rest after walking the various paths that the area offers.🏔️ 🎿 The ski slopes are 10 minutes away and those for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking, at the foot of the residence! 🥾 🕚 Check-in is at 4 p.m. - check-out is at 11 a.m. 🛏️ Don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels This is an apartment without wifi! Enjoy nature 😊 The space The studio has been completely renovated. Ski slopes, equipment rentals, restaurants and village center, are close to the residence. Parking in front of the residence! The studio has been arranged to offer you maximum comfort. Please note that this is a studio. So there is no bedroom but only a sofa bed. Also, with the balcony you can enjoy the mountain views :) Guest access - Private parking at the foot of the residence. BE ⚠️CAREFUL NOT TO SLIDE, THE FLOORS ARE FROZEN IN WINTER⚠️ - A ski room is available in the residence. Other things to note - When you arrive, the keys are to be collected from the Ancelle concierge service which is a 5-minute drive away, in the center of the village. The inventory will be carried out upon check-in and checkout. - Please note that linens and towels are not provided. You must bring your own or you have the option to rent them from the concierge for about twenty euros. - 2 security deposit checks are requested worth 200 euros (damage) and 50 euros (cleaning). Possibility of transfer via applications 2 days before the rental. If no damage is found, it will be returned to you at the end of your stay. - There is no cleaning fee, you will find in the studio everything you need to clean the house: vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, household products. In the event that the cleaning is not done on the day of your departure, the €50 check will be cashed. - If during your stay you want to wash your laundry, a laundromat is a 5-minute drive from the studio.
