Description
My cleaning service uses disinfectant cleaning agents and thoroughly cleans after each guest. Updated & comfortable condo. Fully equipped. Heated floor in kitchen & bathroom with granite counters and nice tile finish. We provide all linens, towels, utensils, some spices, coffee, etc. Electric fireplace for ambiance & heat if needed. No A/C at 10,000ft, fan available and open the windows! Queen size bed and full sized sofa sleeper. STR Permit #2022013136 Bus License #136 The space The condo has been totally updated. Upgraded everything! I installed heated flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The flooring can still feel "cool" at times but not cold (huge difference!). The warm floor makes the condo very comfortable on the cold winter nights at 10,000ft. The kitchen has granite counters and is fully appointed with all dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, even commonly uses spices and coffee (budget coffee but you know it does the trick if you didn't bring your favorite brand). The bedroom has a queen bed and is attached to the bathroom. Please note that you have to cut through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not an issue with family but if you are traveling with friends, it is good to know in advance. The sofa pulls out to a full sized sleeper with a memory foam mattress. The condo is a great size for a couple or up to four people. There is no additional floor space for air mattresses, so this condo is limited to four people. Fairplay is a 35 minute drive to Breckenridge and it makes a great jumping off point for a ski vacation (55 minutes to keystone and 90 minutes to Vail). Summer has great hiking, biking, and fishing close by. Send me a note about your trip if you have questions. I'll confirm your booking as quickly as I can. No pets allowed. For Long Term Stays, I reserve the right to add a refundable $350 Administrative Fee. This fee is fully refundable if my cleaning service doesn't have to work extra hours cleaning. When you stay, it is expected that you clean up after yourself. If you stay longer than 30 days, you need to keep up with linens and all cleaning. If not, then I will apply the Admin Fee to extra cleaning charges. I hope that makes sense. Guest access You have the entire condo for use. There is coin-op laundry available in the basement of the building. Other things to note The condo is a very comfy, one bedroom space. The bathroom adjoins the bedroom. To use the bathroom, you have to cut through the bedroom. Not usually an issue but can be with non-family travelers. There is a coin op laundry on-site. Fenced patio with propane bbq and patio table. No pets allowed. Wireless Internet is provided (25MB). Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. I have a contact sensor on the front door and a motion sensor by the sliding glass door. There is an EV Charger at Town Hall, 901 9th Street, just 3 blocks away.
