Passes are also required and must be visible at all community amenities. House Rules: No smoking No parties No outdoor fires or fireworks (fines up to $1,000) Quiet hours: 11 PM–8 AM Community rules are strictly enforced by security and neighbors. Other things to note Please be mindful that our check-in time is at 11:00 AM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM, earlier check-in or later check-out may be available based on availability. Community Wristbands & Access Your stay includes 8 wristbands for access to all the great community amenities. If your group has more guests than that (like 9 and up to 12), you’ll need to purchase extra wristbands ($10/day) at the Boat Rental office (at the lake). Just bring your Rental Packet and photo ID to pick them up. Everyone using the pool, lake, or courts must have a wristband—so you can all enjoy everything hassle-free! Children 5 years old and under are not required to wear a wristband. Renters over the age of 5 years Must wear wristbands while utilizing the amenities. We DO NOT allow parties. MUST be at least 25 years of age to book your stay and MUST be present for the duration of the stay.
