Stay in our charming 1939 cottage in a quiet family neighborhood. The space The rooms are all on one level, including both bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Central air conditioning with ceiling fans to stay cool. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. One bathroom that has been recently remodeled. The kitchen is well equipped to cook a meal plus plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silverware. There is a Bose radio in the kitchen along with a Keurig Coffee maker. Coffee and tea are provided. The living room has a couch and loveseat and extra chairs. There is a tv with a Roku system along with an antenna for local stations. The dining room has seating for 4. Outside in the private back yard is a covered porch, a patio and lawn. The house is located in a quiet family area. I use 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers. We also wash in "free and clear" detergent and use natural cleaners as much as possible.
