The home offers over 2,100 sq. ft. of living space, featuring 3 full bedrooms plus a loft, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The property offers over an acre of space to relax, explore, and enjoy nature in a very private and peaceful setting. Family and friends gatherings are welcome, with events allowed for reunions or small celebrations not exceeding 16 total guests. The home has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the bedrooms also includes 2 twin beds. In the living room, there is a queen futon and 2 convertible sleeper chair, queen air mattress available as well. Note: The final ¼ mile of the road leading to the property is rough terrain. Pickup trucks or SUVs are recommended. If driving a smaller vehicle, please drive slow. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, loft, deck, and over an acre of surrounding land to enjoy the peaceful mountain setting. Please note that the garage is not accessible and is reserved for the owner. Other things to note Download the driving directions on your phone before you head out. The final 1/4 mile before you get to property is on rough terrain pickup truck, SUV's recommended if you are driving small car drive slow. Cell service may be limited depending on your carrier.
