Tiny home in Gipuzkoa

This modern apartment is located in a typical Basque farmhouse that is over 500 years old. Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hike, and run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house. The space The studio has its own bathroom, its own kitchen and its dining area, all in the same environment. It is located on the first level of the house, and the studio is accessed via stairs. It is not suitable for people with limited mobility, and we do not have safety measures to prevent young children from accessing the stairs, therefore We do not recommend the studio for families with children and babies. Thank you! Guest access The studio shares the entrance and a central corridor with the apartment and the separate room. Other things to note We have an outside key box, and we'll provide you with a key to access the house keys. By law, we must register your information in the local police's traveler registry.
