Wonderful 200-year old saltwater farm is located on a dead end road with little traffic. The farmhouse has been updated, but retains most of its period charm. The estate consists of 56 acres with frontage on Montsweag and Brookings Bays. A combination of open fields and wooded areas contains over two miles of trails for hiking and cross country skiing. Tidal bays offer 2/3 tide access for kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and fishing. During warmer months a large woodshed (studio) provides an area for socializing, dining, and entertaining.
