Recently purchased and remodeled; this condo is great for family vacations and is an amazing place to relax and enjoy mountain activities all year round! Short walk to Mainstreet and Gondola. Free in town shuttle stop just outside the door. 2 Bedrooms + 2 Convertible beds, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-7) Condo unit amenities include free WiFi, HD cable, pool, 2 on-site hot tubs, board games, full kitchen, onsite washer/dryer, Blu-ray/DVD and more! The space Our condo is 1,076 sq ft and has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living room, dining area, and full kitchen. It sleeps 6 people comfortably and the unit is stocked with the essentials for a relaxing stay. The unit has 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and 1 queen pull-out bed in the living room. Our guests have frequently commented on the great location! This is a fabulous ski-in condo complex and is within steps to the historic downtown and the ski resort gondola. The Breckenridge downtown is a great place for shopping and dining. Condo unit amenities include free WiFi, board games, hot tub, pool, full kitchen with utensils, and more! The condo was remodeled in 2015. BRECKENRIDGE BUSINESS LICENSED Other things to note Parking is limited to one vehicle. A parking permit will be provided. This permit must be printed and filled out prior to your arrival. Vehicles without a permit may be towed at the owners expense. Our kitchen has a some cooking basics, but we cannot guarantee you will find specific ingredients. To be safe, you should assume that you need to bring all food and drinks. This includes coffee. The washer and dryer on site requires quarters. The pool closes for the winter starting in mid September and re-opens in Mid May. Please inquire about specific dates if you are booking during those times. The hot tubs and open year round except for a few weeks in the fall when the aspen leaves are falling. The leaves clog the filters, so they shut them off. The closure usually happens in early October. Please inquire about specific dates if you are booking during that time. If you are planning on using the pool or hot tub, you should bring extra towels. I.e. a beach towel. We only provide enough towels for the bathroom showers.
