Loft in Historic Downtown

Located in Historic Downtown Leavenworth main street on Delaware. Great local area restaurants and activities. Only a block away from Carousel Museum, Community Center with very reasonable rates for pool and fitness, and a movie theatre. Two blocks away is the river with walking paths. 2 min drive to Ft. Leavenworth. There is a non-pullout couch for a third person, if needed. The space The building is from 1860 with original rafters, brick walls, and high ceilings. The pictures do not do it justice. There is a stairwell to the apartments (four upstairs) which is private. The loft is about 550 square feet. Two large windows in the bedroom. Guest access Second floor loft has a secure entry from street access with semi-private (shared with 3 other apartments) stairway to the Loft front door. Street parking with easy access in front of building. On rare occasions it is busy, there is a free parking lot across the street.
