Enjoy coastal walks and nature reserves 5 minutes walk from the property, and explore the many golf courses closest being Leasowe golf club, which is less than a mile away. After 10/15 minute walk to the train station, after 3 stops will bring you to Hoylake, the home of Royal Liverpool Golf Club for the open 2023. Also, only an 18-minute train journey into Liverpool City Centre, home of The Beatles, Liverpool FC, and Everton FC. The space My property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms one being ensuite, living area, dining and kitchen area, and an outdoor seating with table and chimnea. There are 2 double bedrooms, and a small double sofa bed if necessary for more sleep space if require. Guest access Guests are free to use the whole house, kitchen and the outside garden area. Other things to note I know it's difficult being a dog owner myself, but please try your best to keep dogs off the bedding, especially if they shed fur or they're mucky/sandy. There is a baby gate on the stairs to prevent them from going upstairs. Wooden floor downstairs makes it easy to clean, and sofa access is fine for the furry pets. Also, please don't leave dogs unattended in the house alone.
