Hidden River Ranch

Relax at this peaceful ranch a 5 minute drive from downtown. It is a quirky older not yet updated large fun place. Great views, a pool, plenty of space, and only a block an a half from pavement. Let your dogs run a fully fenced 5 acres. Walk right up the road to trails. Enjoy the sunrise from a swinging chair or a yoga mat over looking a crystal clear pool. Sunset from this same patio will delight you with views of the growing shadows on the boulders across canyons of the national park. The space The home sits on a super spacious 5 acre lot surrounded by lovely neighbors. There are views in every direction And the feeling of peace and Serenity. they're wonderful areas for family and friends to gather. but there's also plenty of space to go lay in hammock on another part of the property or hang out in the very back of the house. Guest access The guests will be the only ones on the property. Will have access to The entire 5 acre property. the pool is seasonally cold from October to May. we don't allow cars inside the fenced-in area. there are a couple of sheds left on the property that still have some of our old belongings in them. we have them locked. there is a closet in the back of the house that is locked to keep the cleaner supplies. and most importantly we have a fence around the pool company equipment that is locked Other things to note Never turn on the Cypress Ave. It's a wash not a road no wood fires outside. only use the propane fire pit on the porch the air conditioning is a swamp cooler for now I'd love to set up a tradition of guests picking a rock while out on a hike and starting a big circle in the yard. it could turn out to be a lovely meditation circle filled with all of the intention of every guest that has contributed there may be things left behind in this yard like a piece of glass here and there or Rusty pipes. the yard is not suitable for young children to be in unsupervised. we had a tree on the property for many years that had large thorns. the area over by the horse pens and goat pens may have Thorn still on the ground. these can sometimes go through a shoe. reach out if you have any questions at all.
