It has direct access to the ocean and is a short walk to the popular public access to Freights Bay, a renowned surf spot with waves suiting beginner to medium levels. South Point surf spot is also within walking distance. Oistins, a bustling town, is about a 20-25 minute walk, and the popular Miami Beach, wonderful for swimming, is about a 15-minute walk. Sea conditions vary so please exercise caution at all times. This 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment is located on the top floor of a 3-story building. It has a living room with a covered patio offering stunning ocean views as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, microwave, and full fridge. This is a cozy, comfortable home-away-from-home. Enjoy a grassy area for sunbathing and a convenient outdoor shower right on the edge of the sea. Parking is available on the property. Our office is onsite and we also live in the area. Lovely residential neighborhood that, when waves are good, is bustling with surfers from around the world. There is a surf school across the road from this rental and it is within walking distance to groceries, a pharmacy, a fish market, a gas station, a bus terminal, a post office, and restaurants (all within a 25-minute walk). Renting a car is always fun and exciting but not necessary. If you don't mind the 20-25 minute walk you can catch a bus, or order a taxi. A major beach (Miami Beach) is only a 10-15 minute walk away. Surf lessons and board rentals are available in the vicinity. Bringing your own board is welcome.
