Guest access *Keyless entry is provided for Notestone Cabin guests. Access information will be provided 24 hours before check-in. *Guests Do Not have access to the Barn. Other things to note 🐾 PET FRIENDLY POLICY – NOTESTONE CABIN We are happy to welcome house-trained dogs at Notestone Cabin so your furry family members can enjoy the Hocking Hills with you! Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare for your stay. A $125 pet fee per dog per stay will be added to your reservation. 🐶 What We Provide: • Towels for wiping muddy paws • Waste bags for yard clean-up • A protective blanket for furniture • One medium-sized dog crate 🐾 Pet Rules: • Please wipe off paws before entering the cabin (towels provided). • Dogs are not permitted on furniture. A blanket is provided just in case. • Dogs should not be left unattended in the cabin. If you must step out, please crate your dog using your own crate or the one we provide. • Clean up all pet waste in the yard using the waste bags provided. • Due to our wooded location, we strongly recommend dogs be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention. Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in extra charges. EXTRA AMENITIES: *Complimentary Wi-Fi- The cabin is equipped with Frontier Internet and 3 TVs with streaming capabilities. We’ve worked to provide the best internet experience possible in our rural location. With that said, this service can sometimes be erratic and internet speeds can vary depending on network usage and satellite strength. No refunds will be issued for internet service problems. *Driveway parking is available for 4-5 cars. The beautiful drive to the cabin is on paved and non-paved surfaces. Guests may require a 4-wheel drive vehicle during inclement weather or any significant snowfall. Otherwise, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is not needed. *Outdoor standard outlet located by parking for convenient car charging. We recommend you bring your own car charger and extension cord if needed. Additionally, there are stairs going down to the basement and STEEP stairs that lead upstairs to the 2nd story bedroom and down to the fire pit from the back deck. *The tap water on this property is well water. *Please note we Do Not provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit. *For each booking, a nonrefundable $50-$59 will be added for an accidental rental damage waiver fee. *Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (with the exception of the 3% credit card processing fee). Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather. All changes and/or cancellations to reservations must be completed in writing to property owners prior to the appropriate stated cancellation deadline. *After booking, guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and sign our standard rental agreement prior to check-in. These are required for all reservations and are used to confirm guest details, house rules, occupancy limits, and acknowledgement of amenities. Please note: Check-in instructions and property details are provided once the pre-arrival form is completed and the rental agreement is signed.
