In just a short walk, you can visit The Village with local shops/restaurants along the canal or The Limitless park with a public beach, playground, splash pad, volleyball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and basketball courts. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Take a scenic walk on the Greenway or ride the bike trails. The space Cottage is fully renovated with a simplistic modern touch. Relaxing spacious back yard with large deck, fire pit and grill. One proper bedroom with a queen sized bed and one queen sized air mattress in living room. One bathroom with shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and utensils. Washer/Dryer. Guest access House, backyard and driveway are all yours. Driveway located next to the house can accommodate two vehicles. Front door has keyless entry with custom code. Other things to note You must enter the alleyway running parallel to Boys City Dr. to get to the cottage.
