Walk to restaurants, nightlife, our beautiful beaches, the state park, bike or hike the trails. Take in much needed rest and relaxation in this apartment during your Rehoboth Beach stay! The space This space provides a mixed living area with expandable sofa for extra guests to rest, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea provided), portable induction cooktop (cookware provided), 2 cozy papasan chairs, and a 42" television with streaming Hulu, Sling TV, HBO and Showtime; a half bath with towels and washcloths, in addition to beach towels for those sandy days on the beach (*shower is located outside); a large bedroom with exposed beams, providing a king-sized bed with comfortable linens, and modest storage for your beach attire. Air conditioning is provided in the main mixed living area to provide optimal comfort, and a portable air conditioner and baseboard heat are available in the bedroom. There is also a small ceiling fan in the bedroom, a large tower fan in the main mixed living area. *This quaint apartment is attached to charming old beach house. Please note that it does come with charming old construction. The main room has ample headroom, although ceiling clearance is reduced in the bedroom, but manageable. The bedroom offers exposed beams, adding to the warmth and charm of the space. For those taller than 6'1, please exercise caution when walking in the bedroom. *This is an older, classic beach home, with updates to make it a cozy space to unwind. The quirks of an older home do add to the charm, but if you have any other questions about this space, please don't hesitate to ask. Guest access Guests access their space from a private entrance on the exterior of the house. Off-street parking is provided at the front of the property. Other things to note -Check in is at 3pm, checkout is 11am -The shower for the apartment is OUTSIDE. It is enclosed with walls, and open above. *Please make a note of this prior to booking* -Body wash, shampoo, face wash, hand soap, dish soap, scrubber, bed linens, pillows, and pillow cases are all supplied -Beach chairs (2) and an umbrella (1) are available -Parking instructions and how to access the apartment are handled electronically via the Airbnb app -Parking is provided on the property -Please contact me if you have questions about parking on the streets of Rehoboth prior to your stay (rules and city fees vary throughout the year)
