Our apartment has been carefully designed to make you feel comfortable and at the same time very pampered with details and tasteful decoration. NOTE: Food and beverages are prohibited in the Beach Club. However, it is allowed in the public area of the beach. Other things to note o Tulúm is a town in which the CFE's electricity service fails a lot when it rains and/or there is a lot of wind, due to this and as a prevention the building's elevator is turned off when there is such weather to prevent someone from being trapped in it. Please take this into consideration. o To use the sauna or steam room, it is preferable to book 1 day in advance. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 and Saturdays from 8:30 to 12:00. o During normal use of the accommodation, it is natural for some stains to occur on furniture (armchairs and cushions), bedding (duvets, sheets and towels) and walls. These stains often resist conventional cleaning methods, such as machine washing or cleaning with household products. We are fully aware of this and periodically carry out professional cleaning, in addition to repainting the walls, in order to keep our facilities in optimal condition. Despite our efforts, it's natural that with such frequent use some stains will appear, even after a thorough cleaning after each guest change. However, prior to your arrival, we carried out a thorough cleaning of the apartment. We care deeply about the cleanliness and comfort of our guests, so we strive to make sure the place is in top condition to welcome everyone who visits us. We DO NOT provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil, or water🧂☕💧 in our accommodation, as many guests did not use them and, as they deteriorated quickly, generated waste. To care for the environment and reduce the use of disposable plastics, we prefer not to offer bottled water. This practice also allows us to reduce costs and thus offer you better prices.
