All one floor, there is a convenient open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living space with fireplace and tv. Main bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a full bath. Grab your morning coffee and step into the sunny screened porch and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Local wineries are located just minutes away and open for tastings and tours. Virtue Cider is located on a working farm just a five-minute drive and perfect for exploring. Take time to visit the friendly farm animals while there! Award-winning Saugatuck and Douglas Michigan are roughly 15 minutes away and offer an endless array of shops, galleries, dining, breweries, and entertainment. Spend days exploring everything these unique artistic communities have to offer and relax back at your own retreat in the evenings and enjoy the peaceful life lakeside. Guests will receive access instructions and house rules via a traveler's portal one week before check-in. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. The cottage is walking distance to public access at Hutchins Lake. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking. Check-In Time: 4pm Check Out Time: 10am CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will be refunded if canceled 30 days or more prior to check-in. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment. MANAGEMENT This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours maintenance service.
