The space Escape to the picturesque beauty of West Asheville, NC and indulge in the luxurious Mountainside Pool Paradise - a newly renovated 3000+ square ft private home with stunning mountain views, an inground pool, and a hot tub. The vibrant decor adds a touch of excitement to your stay, while the two levels of the house offers ample space for everyone. Sleeping: The upper level also features Bedroom 1) a Master king suite with a private bath with 3 shower heads! Bedroom 2) A queen suite across the hall from a shared full bath. Bedroom 3) Has 2 queens with plenty of closet space available, along with a pack n play if needed. The lower level has the 4th and final bedroom featuring a queen bed and a bunk in a joining room that's twin/twin. The main level boasts an open-concept kitchen, fully stocked and a living space that overlooks the breathtaking mountain view inside or outside on the deck while enjoying the panoramic views, or grill up your favorite meals with the provided grilling tools. (High chair in pantry) *At this time the indoor fireplace won’t be accessible to guest use. The lower level is a haven for kids and adults alike, with an epic game room including a ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, GIANT connect 4 & mini golf. There is also a movie room with a massive sectional and 75 inch 4K Samsung smart tv. Cap off your day with a soak in the hot tub on the deck, surrounded by ample seating for everyone. Guest access Door code & Check-in instructions are provided to guests 48 hours before check-in. The roads are paved but steep, please plan to bring the appropriate vehicle in wintery weather. We are not responsible if your vehicle cannot handle the terrain or conditions. Other things to note *The pool is typically open from May-Sept. for the enjoyment of your family or group. Hot tub is open year round. No children should be unattended near hot tub or pool at any time for safety reasons. **At this time the indoor fireplace won’t be accessible for guest use. Pets: *We are pleased to offer a dog friendly property for our guests but the property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property. Please let us know if you wish to bring your best-friend. There is a $125 per pet non-refundable fee (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, Airbnb or in our online check out, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you). *Dogs are required to stay on leash at all times when not in the house or the fenced yard. *Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning related to dogs in the house and any damages will be taken from the security deposit.
