Walking distance to hunting, fishing, skiing and berry terrain, scooter trail, - or just peace and quiet if you want. The space Residential house on 1 1/2 floors with basement built in 1967. * In the basement there is a garage, laundry room and storage rooms. The garage is used for storing snowmobiles, garden equipment and tools. * 1st floor with large hallway/closet, entrance, kitchen, dining room/living room * 2nd floor with hallway, bathroom, toilet room and 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have double beds, the master bedroom also has bunk beds. Detached outhouse. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and what's there of items and equipment. There are some private clothes and items stored in the basement and in some cabinets that guests do not have access to. It will appear naturally. Other things to note In summer it will be possible to rent a rowboat, and in winter snowmobile. NB! Own appointment.
