The main bay opens fully to give maximum light. We have preserved the charm of the building by retaining its original beams and exposed stone walls. The kitchen, open to the bright living room, is fully equipped for your comfort: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The main house offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200) and the other with two single beds, perfect for couples or families. Each bedding has been carefully chosen to ensure quality nights. Located in the heart of the region, this property is the perfect base from which to explore the treasures of Lot-et-Garonne, between nature, history and gastronomy. Guest access The house is located on a large property. You will have exclusive access to the park, perfect for children, who can have fun with the trampoline. The large swimming pool (12x6 meters) offers spectacular views of the city of Villeneuve-sur-Lot. The main house is inhabited by our father, who will remain discreet while being available as needed. The entrance to the property is shared, and you will have a remote control to open the gate and move around freely during your stay.
