Nestled in a quiet and secure environment, our home is the perfect base from which to explore the treasures of the region. 🌙 The night area To guarantee optimal rest, the house has a large spacious bedroom: - Bedding: Equipped with a queen size bed and two single beds. - Amenities: Two bathrooms available (one on the ground floor and one upstairs). - Services: Linens (sheets and towels) are provided free of charge. 👶 Baby facilities We provide you with everything you need to welcome the little ones: - Sleep: A baby bed. - Meals: A high chair. - Hygiene: A baby bathtub. ⚠️ Please request these amenities at least 24 hours before check-in so we can prepare everything. ​🛋️ Daily life and entertainment - Equipped kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and basic products provided (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). - Linen: A washing machine and drying rack are at your disposal. - Connectivity: Fiber Internet and access to Netflix, Disney+ and Canal+ (channel 40). ​☀️ Outdoor spaces - Courtyard: You have access to the courtyard shown in the photos, equipped with a table for your lunches and dinners outdoors. - 🚫 Important note: Outside of this specific courtyard, access to the rest of the garden and all its facilities is strictly prohibited. Any party or excessive noise will result in the immediate end of the stay. If necessary, we will not hesitate to call the police to enforce the tranquility of the premises.
